As a Senior Agile Coach at APPIT, you will drive the enterprise Agile transformation process by coaching and leading teams and executives. This role requires assessing the existing Agile maturity and formulating comprehensive improvement strategies. You will also create and facilitate engaging training sessions focused on Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methods, ensuring a robust Agile setting.

Key Responsibilities




Design and manage Agile transformation initiatives • Coach product managers and engineering teams on Agile • Evaluate Agile maturity and develop improvement plans • Lead the establishment of Agile community practices • Organize training and workshops on Agile techniques Requirements:
8+ years of Agile coaching experience • At least 3 years leading large-scale transformations • In-depth knowledge of Agile and scaling frameworks • Proven record of enhancing delivery performance • Bachelor's degree and advanced Agile certifications Drive high-quality software production through Agile methodologies at APPIT Software Solutions.
