Lead asset management excellence at Hydro Ottawa with a focus on technical standardization and lifecycle optimization in a hybrid work model. Drive strategic initiatives to enhance asset performance and meet customer reliability expectations. As a Manager in Asset Management & Technical Standards, you will report to the Director of Distribution Engineering & Asset Management.

This role includes mentoring a team of engineers, aligning technical governance with asset lifecycle principles, and ensuring corporate practices meet ISO 55000 standards. You will also develop operational budgets and guide the team in navigating compliance frameworks. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor supervisors and engineers for optimal performance
Align engineering standards with maintenance and renewal strategies




Develop and optimize Asset Management Plans aligned with corporate practices
Oversee compliance with regulatory requirements and safety codes
Manage annual operational and capital expenditure budgets Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
Skilled Engineer license in Ontario
Minimum five (5) years of leadership experience
Experience in an electric utility engineering setting
Robust proficiency in office productivity tools, especially Google Workspace Maximize asset performance through strategic leadership and asset management standards at Hydro Ottawa.
