We are seeking a skilled and proactive Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting residential facilities to ensure safety, functionality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical, electrical, and facilities maintenance skills, along with leadership qualities to supervise and guide maintenance activities effectively.

Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on residential properties to identify potential issues before they escalate.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC units, and other mechanical equipment using schematics and technical manuals.
Operate and program programmable logic controllers (PLCs) to automate or troubleshoot building systems.
Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for work order management, inventory control, and documentation of maintenance activities
Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety standards and regulations.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents' maintenance requests promptly and professionally.
Skills
Basic electrical and plumbing knowledge combined with mechanical knowledge relevant to residential facilities.
Proficiency in using schematics, technical manuals, and troubleshooting tools
Familiarity with CMMS software for maintenance scheduling and record keeping.
Knowledge of facilities maintenance best practices within residential settings.
Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and resident interactions.
