We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineer with robust DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) expertise to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will design, implement, automate, and support enterprise-scale platform infrastructure while ensuring high availability, scalability, reliability, and performance of mission-critical applications.

Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable platform infrastructure.

Implement Platform

Engineering and SRE best practices. Define and manage SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets. Lead implementation of enterprise observability and monitoring solutions. Deploy and administer Dynatrace OneAgent in SaaS and Managed settings.

Create and maintain Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, management zones, and reporting. Implement synthetic monitoring and proactive monitoring across infrastructure, applications, middleware, databases, APIs, and cloud services. Configure anomaly detection,



root cause analysis, and incident management.

Automate operational processes to improve reliability and operational efficiency. Support production environments and participate in on-call rotations when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications Solid experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Hands‑on expertise with Dynatrace OneAgent, Dynatrace SaaS, and Dynatrace Managed.

Experience building Dynatrace dashboards, alerts, synthetic monitoring, and management zones. Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, automation, and cloud platforms.

Experience with infrastructure, application, database, middleware, and API monitoring. Knowledge of incident management, root cause analysis, and performance optimization.
