The Casual
Pharmacist contributes to excellence in patient care by performing medication reviews and helping coach pharmacy students. You will also monitor medication adherence and provide tailored counselling, ensuring that patient needs are met compassionately and effectively within a team-oriented team atmosphere. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct health risk assessments and medication reviews
Provide tailored patient counselling during therapy initiation
Collaborate with pharmacy assistants for workflow efficiency
Coach and mentor pharmacy students where applicable
Fully document relevant patient and drug information Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program
Licensed to practice in New Brunswick
Required Injection Certification
Retail pharmacy experience preferred
