The Float

Manager will report to the Director, ensuring adherence to safety standards and program guidelines while temporarily covering for Program Managers. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee management across various resource homes
Facilitate staff training and documentation compliance
Monitor medication delivery and safety procedures
Conduct and oversee staff meetings

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in social services
At least three years of experience in a leadership capacity
Class 5 British Columbia Driver’s License required
