Join Vancouver Island Health Authority's Mental Wellness Day Program as an Occupational Therapist. Provide vital therapeutic interventions to individuals struggling with severe mental health issues. In this outpatient role, you will be a key member of the multidisciplinary team, reporting to the Program Coordinator and serving under the Clinical Director.

Your responsibility is to develop and implement individualized and group interventions within the psychosocial rehabilitation framework. Solid communication and organizational skills are needed to effectively manage client treatment programs. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct group and one-on-one therapy for clients
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for holistic treatment




Create tailored treatment programs to meet patient needs
Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions
Implement psychosocial models in patient care practices Requirements:
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
Licensed with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC
Eligible for Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists membership
Demonstrated ability to plan and instruct effectively
Understanding of reliable psychiatric disorders and treatment Utilize your skills in facilitating mental wellness through dedicated occupational therapy.
