The Team

Lead, reporting to the Nurse Manager, will be responsible for clinical leadership, operational oversight, and staff development. Your expertise will directly influence patient outcomes and support quality initiatives in compliance with organizational standards, making a significant impact in multi-disciplinary care. Key Responsibilities:
Lead day-to-day PACU and Day Stay operations
Support staff training and performance feedback
Monitor and assess patient progress post-surgery
Collaborate with healthcare professionals for effective operations
Promote quality improvement initiatives and compliance Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred
Current registration with CRNA and valuable standing
At least five years of PACU or Acute Care experience
Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities
Current BLS and ACLS certifications Foster a cooperative environment and enhance patient safety at Clearpoint Health Network in your role as Team Leader.
