Job Responsibilities:
Perform dimensional and force inspections using checking fixtures, micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and force gauges.
Inspect incoming materials and in-process products; coordinate with the production line for process adjustments.
Conduct SPC analysis to identify quality issues and support continuous improvement.
Prepare and maintain inspection reports; report deviations to the supervisor.
Qualifications:
Proficient in using and calibrating precision measuring tools such as fixtures and height gauges.
Basic statistical knowledge with the ability to perform SPC analysis.
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Pay: From $17.60 per hour
