Join Vegpro International Inc. as a Maintenance Engineer, ensuring equipment reliability across sites in Quebec, British Columbia, and Florida. This role reports to the Senior Manager of Maintenance and Engineering and emphasizes developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.

You will play a critical role in enhancing maintenance processes, offering technical support, and improving performance across VPAG and VPEL divisions. Key Responsibilities:
Develop preventive maintenance programs for multiple locations
Ensure reliability through effective maintenance activities
Document and improve maintenance procedures and processes
Identify training needs and create training materials
Audit maintenance work quality and management Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
Robust passion for continuous improvement
Excellent organizational and communication skills
