Job Summary

Nine Bar Coffee is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Production Coordinator to support our daily coffee production and operational activities. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, monitor inventory, organize incoming deliveries, and ensure coffee roasting, packaging, and order fulfillment are completed efficiently. Working closely with the production and operations teams, you'll help maintain product quality while supporting a safe and productive workplace.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production schedules and workflow.
Support coffee roasting, packaging, and order preparation activities.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering production supplies.
Receive and organize incoming deliveries and stock.
Maintain accurate production, inventory, and shipping records.
Ensure products meet company quality and food safety standards.
Work with production staff to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
Prepare production reports and update operational records.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized production area.
Assist with additional operational duties as required.

Qualifications




Previous experience in production, manufacturing, warehouse, food processing, or coffee operations is preferred.
Robust organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a quick-paced production environment.
Attention to detail and robust problem-solving skills.
