Job Summary

Local company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join team. Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role keeps projects running smoothly — coordinating installation crews, materials and schedules, and working closely with sales team, suppliers and installers to ensure quality work is delivered on time.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and schedule all aspects of production, including installation crews, materials and logistics.
Issue work orders to installers and confirm job completion.
Communicate with sales, operations and vendors to ensure alignment on project timelines, deliverables and resources.
Track production schedules and timelines, providing regular updates to the Operations Manager.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues such as site readiness, material shortages and scheduling conflicts.
Maintain accurate documentation and records of all production activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and company protocols on site and during all production activities.
Conduct occasional job site visits as required.

Required Qualifications




Valid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstract.
Successful completion of a criminal record check (condition of employment).
Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem solving.

Assets
Experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant or similar role — construction subcontracting, general construction or trades experience preferred.
Knowledge of scheduling and project management software.
Ability and familiarity to visit active job sites.
Familiarity with construction site safety standards and protocols.
