As a Protection Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day functions of 10 to 20 Night Stewards, handling hiring, coaching, and scheduling for the team.

Your leadership will guide safety initiatives and involve regular safety inspections, ensuring compliance with legislation. You’ll collaborate with the University Safety Office and assist community members with their concerns while supporting emergency response operations. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and train Night Steward staff effectively
Develop administrative procedures and night coverage schedules




Oversee safety and security projects and reports
Conduct safety inspections and recommend corrective measures
Organize overnight rounds and patrols in housing units Requirements:
DEC III or three years relevant experience
Security Permit (BSP) and First Aid certification
Experience supervising union staff
Knowledge in emergency and safety procedures
