Job Summary The Maintenance Aide is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair duties to ensure the building, grounds, and equipment are maintained in a safe, clean, and functional condition.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general repairs and maintenance to the building, equipment, and furnishings.
Complete painting, patching, and minor surface repairs as required.
Maintain the property grounds, including lawn care, landscaping, and snow and ice removal.
Conduct routine inspections and surveillance of the building exterior, grounds, and parking areas to identify maintenance or safety concerns.
Report maintenance issues and complete assigned work orders in a timely manner.
Follow workplace health and safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Previous maintenance or building repair experience is an asset.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Basic knowledge of building maintenance, hand tools, and equipment.

Compensation: $18.50–$20.00 per hour, based on experience.
