Lead night shift construction at Aecon's Campbell River, British Columbia site. As a Superintendent, ensure safety, efficiency, and project quality standards are consistently met. Reporting to the General Superintendent, this role involves overseeing all night shift construction activities and managing field crews.

You will promote a safety-first culture, mentor team members, and ensure compliance with environmental health and safety requirements. Your leadership will drive productivity while coordinating resources to deliver project objectives successfully. Key Responsibilities:
Lead safety-first culture among all employees and subcontractors
Conduct safety meetings and inspections regularly
Monitor productivity issues through Foreman direction
Track project cost and resource requirements accurately
Maintain quality control during construction activities Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in supervisory construction roles
Experience with heavy civil infrastructure and Hydro Electric projects
Robust leadership and communication skills
Proficient in MS Office suite
Valid BC Driver’s License required Take charge of construction quality and safety while leading your team effectively.
