Devanco Canada is a leading distributor of Garage Door and Gate Automation Supplies serving Canada and the USA from our main office and distribution center in Summerstown Ontario. We are currently looking to fill a full time position divided between Customer Reception, Sales Support and Administrative Duties
Job purpose: The main objective of this position is to assist in the daily operations of an expanding distribution business with a young dynamic staff. This position involves interaction with commercial customers, suppliers and administrative staff. Experience is an asset, but not required
Duties include but are not limited to

Answer and direct incoming calls
Greet customers
Take client orders by phone and email and enter them into our Inventory Management Software
Assist Sales Department with quotes, and follow-up
Assist with Billing and other Accounting duties
Answer client inquiries .

Qualifications
Superior Customer Service skills and phone etiquette
Able to communicate in French and English




Excellent communication skills
Ability to multi-task and manage time wisely
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work in a rapid-paced and time sensitive workplace
Positive and self-motivated attitude
Good attendance record

Location, Hours and Compensation. Please note that this Job is in Summerstown On Near Lancaster just a few minutes West of the Quebec Ontario Border 19192 Hay Road, Unit Q Hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:00

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour
