Required Qualification
s10–12+ years of experience in the IT industry
.5+ years of experience as a Product Owner within a dedicated Agile team
.Excellent requirements elicitation and user story writing skills
.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to different audiences
.Excellent critical-thinking skills and a demonstrated ability to proactively manage stakeholder expectations
.Proven ability to work independently as a self-starter in a highly team-oriented, matrixed environment
.Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks such as Protected, Scrum, or Kanba n
.Relevant undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related fiel
d, or equivalent professional experience
.Solid working knowledge of Jira and Confluenc e
.Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM ) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO

) certification
.Knowledge and experience with Retail and Supply Chain business processe
