Night Audit Front Desk Agent

Primary Responsibilities and Duties
Guest Check-In and Check Out – Efficiently manage the check in/out processes, verify guest information and process payments accurately.
Greet all guests in a courteous and productive manner upon arrival, address inquiries and requests promptly, and resolve complaints to ensure guest satisfaction.
Reservations Management – Handle all reservations through various channels including phone, email and online booking systems. Confirm bookings,



adjustments; and manage cancellations.
Administrative Tasks – Perform clerical duties such as managing phone calls, maintaining guest records, and balancing cash and financial reports at the end of each shift.
Work closely with housekeeping to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs.

What you Bring to the Table:
Prior Experience in hospitality or hotel front desk is an asset
Work diligently to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs.
Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends and holidays.
Solid attention to detail
Communication Skills – Robust written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with guests and staff.
Ability to work in a fast-past environment independently, with minimal supervision.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stretch, twist, and reach for extended periods
