No previous trademark experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided. In this role, you will support clients in the registration and enforcement of trademarks, acting as their trusted advisor on trademark-related matters. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough searches for trademark registration
Assist in managing opposition and cancellation cases
Advise on trademark law and enforcement strategies
Support business development through various initiatives
Guide clients through the registration process Requirements:
Member in good standing with the Quebec Bar
Proficient in both French and English
Knowledge of trademark law regulations is a plus
