Graphic Designer / Customer Service Representative

Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More of South Edmonton

Big Frog South Edmonton is a locally-operated custom apparel and promotional products shop. We work with sports teams, schools, corporate clients, and individuals to design and produce screen printed, DTF, embroidered, and DTG decorated apparel. We're looking for someone who can do both the creative work (mocking up designs, prepping art for production) and the front-facing work (talking to customers, quoting jobs, keeping orders moving).

This is a dual-function role.

What you'll doing
Meeting with customers (in person, phone, and email) to understand what they want and translate requests into a real design
Creating and editing artwork in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop for print-ready output (vector cleanup, color separations, sizing for garments)
Building visual proofs/mockups for customer approval and revising based on feedback
Quoting jobs and explaining pricing, turnaround times, and decoration methods (screen print, DTF, embroidery, DTG) to customers in plain language
Managing multiple active orders at once,



keeping details straight (garment colors/sizes, quantities, deadlines)
Troubleshooting and problem solving

Required technical qualifications
Experience with Adobe illustrator and photoshop. (A portfolio or work samples you can show us is a plus).
Comfortable talking to customers directly and handling pricing/quote conversations — this is not a back-room design-only position this is customer facing.
Solid attention to detail.
Reliable availability and punctuality
No university or college design degree required — we care about your actual skills and portfolio, not your credentials.

Nice to have (not required)
Experience in the custom apparel/promotional products industry
Familiarity with screen printing, DTF, embroidery, or DTG production methods
Experience with online store platforms (Shopify, etc.)
Experience with quoting/CRM software

Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
