The PSW/HCA/CCA provides direct personal support and care to patients, fulfilling their physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual needs in accordance with company policies, procedures, and work routines. The position includes assistance with ambulation, feeding, bathing, and grooming.

Qualifications
Completed a PSW Program or HCA/CCA certification that meets the required standards.
Experience in long‑term care or community home care, with exposure to dementia and palliative care preferred.
Knowledge and experience with care‑planning systems and documentation.
Effective communication skills with staff, residents, patients, and families.
Ability to provide care in accordance with legislation, job routines, and nursing care plans; proficient in reading, writing, and understanding English.
Experience working independently in Community Home Care is an asset.
