Candidates must have significant expertise in the Black Future Educators Pathway and a commitment to combating systemic injustices in education. This role involves preparing course materials, engaging students in critical dialogues, and assessing student performance effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver course content focused on anti-discrimination
Provide support and feedback to teacher candidates




Attend departmental planning and instructional meetings
Evaluate student submissions thoroughly and fairly
Collaborate on course syllabus development with faculty Requirements:
Doctorate in a relevant field or significant qualified experience
Demonstrate expertise in equity, diversity, and inclusion
Teaching experience, particularly in online formats
Proven curriculum design and lesson facilitation skills
Deep understanding of BFEP's mission and goals Inspire the next generation of teachers by championing equity in education at the University of Toronto.
