Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily quality assurance activities and review completed work
Identify areas for improvement and recommend practical solutions
Guide team members in following quality standards and procedures
Prepare explicit reports on quality results and recurring concerns
Work with different departments to improve overall performance
Qualifications
Previous experience in quality assurance, compliance, or team supervision
Solid attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Clear communication and organizational abilities
Comfortable reviewing processes, records, and performance results
Able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay: $78,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
