In this role, you will be responsible for defining and executing DFT strategies, ensuring maximum test coverage while collaborating closely with product teams. Your expertise in automation, verification, and silicon bring-up will play a crucial role in enhancing production yields and product integrity. Key Responsibilities:
Define comprehensive end-to-end DFT strategies including ATPG and JTAG
Conduct pre-silicon verification and optimization
Script automation processes using Python or Tcl
Work closely with teams to resolve design timing issues
Assist in silicon bring-up and drive yield improvement efforts Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering discipline
Minimum 2 years of hardware engineering experience
Experience with DFT tools and methodologies
Knowledge of MBIST and LBIST architectures
