Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee all phases of litigation files • Offer practical litigation advice and case strategies • Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs • Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations • Collaborate with legal teams across the firm

Requirements: • LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited law institution • Member in good standing with Law Society of Ontario • Minimum of 5 years handling commercial disputes • Proficient drafting and problem-solving abilities • English required; French is a plus
