Become the driving force behind housing initiatives as the Housing and Strategy Manager in Saskatoon. You will support the Director of Housing & Homelessness by providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment of departmental goals.

Your role involves developing Métis-centered strategies, enhancing operational systems, and building cooperative relationships with stakeholders to ensure program success and integration. Key Responsibilities:
Guide development of Métis housing policies and frameworks
Oversee daily departmental operations and workflow coordination
Support evaluation of housing projects and performance metrics
Maintain stakeholder engagement with communities and government
Mentor and supervise Housing Development and Grants Officer Requirements:
Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or similar
At least 5 years of experience in related roles
Knowledge of housing policy and development processes
Demonstrated leadership and supervision experience
Transportation to downtown location required Lead the charge in housing strategy and operational excellence in Saskatoon.
