Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our SVP Sports team for our new location. In this recent position, you will be expected to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers have a positive experience. Your energy and commitment will help create a welcoming environment for our customers, while supporting inventory management and processing, POS responsibilities, and merchandising, all while maintaining company standards.

Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit
Process incoming and outgoing orders in a timely fashion
Operate POS systems,and inventory systems, and accurately handle cash and card transactions
Maintain cleanliness and company standards throughout all areas of the store
Support all team members by processing orders efficiently and upselling items when appropriate
Manage time effectively to handle multiple customers or tasks during busy periods

Skills
Previous retail experience preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential




Robust customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and processing transactions accurately
Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Inventory processing/management skills preferred but not required
Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends and some holidays as needed.

Pay: From $17.60 per hour

Retail sales: 2 years (required)
