Lead impactful brand and content initiatives as Director for the Ottawa REDBLACKS. This full time contract role focuses on developing cohesive marketing strategies.

As the key figure reporting to the Head of Marketing, your mission will be to create integrated strategies that resonate with fans and drive ticket sales. With over 7 years of marketing leadership under your belt, you’ll develop teams that excel in content creation and community engagement. Your efforts will directly contribute to enhancing the visibility and market impact of both franchises through compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:



• Direct the integration of brand and content strategies • Shape marketing plans that enhance ticket sales • Contribute to revenue generation and business strategy • Establish a comprehensive media strategy for visibility • Lead community initiatives to strengthen local ties

Requirements: • Education in marketing, communications, or similar • 7+ years in event marketing leadership • Proven track record in audience development • Robust analytical skills for performance measurement • Bilingual proficiency in English & French is a plus
