Join our team as an Architect, where you will focus on innovative design and project management in a full time, on-site capacity. Work directly with clients to create tailored building plans. This position requires an experienced Architect who is capable of consulting with clients regarding their renovation and construction needs. You will generate detailed designs, prepare essential construction documents, and supervise project compliance with relevant laws and standards. Key Responsibilities:
Consult clients for design and renovation needs
Generate structural plans and technical drawings
Manage project integration and compliance
Prepare detailed specifications and construction documents
Oversee activities on construction sites Requirements:
Provincial Association of Architects membership
Current licensure from provincial authorities
Competency in architectural software, including AutoCAD
Knowledge of residential and commercial construction
