Lead performance improvement initiatives across O&M; activities

Analyze operational and maintenance data for performance gaps
Deploy digital tools to enhance service execution and planning
Develop and implement effective work methods and maintenance strategies Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
5+ years in industrial operations or performance improvement
Strong knowledge of methods engineering and process optimization
Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies
