Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technician to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will possess a robust mechanical aptitude and the ability to work with both hand and power tools. This role involves performing automotive repairs, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and providing exceptional customer service. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring that all vehicles are serviced efficiently and to the highest standards.

Duties
Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to diagnose issues and determine necessary repairs.
Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for automotive repair tasks.
Repair and replace defective parts, components, and systems as needed.
Read and interpret schematics to understand vehicle systems and troubleshoot problems.
Maintain a clean and organized work setting while adhering to safety protocols.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their vehicle's needs and repair status.
Assist in heavy lifting tasks related to vehicle components as required.




Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs.

Experience
Proven experience in automotive repair, preferably within a dealership setting.
Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various vehicle makes and models.
Familiarity with welding techniques is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to lift heavy objects safely and perform physical tasks associated with automotive repair.
Previous experience in customer service is highly desirable, ensuring positive interactions with clients.
