Guide staff on HR policies and practices
Consult on performance and conflict resolutions
Oversee recruitment efforts and onboarding processes
Support exit interviews and analyze feedback
Lead Employee Experience and Wellness events Requirements:
3+ years in HR within the Food & Beverage sector
Relevant post-secondary education or CPHR certification
Ability to establish work priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
