Sony Electronics Inc. is seeking an Order & Collections Analyst to enhance our order-to-cash processes through exceptional service and teamwork. This hybrid role is a temporary position covering parental leave. In this role, you'll be vital in processing customer orders, executing billing, and conducting collection follow-ups.

Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will help maintain operational efficiency and meet financial targets. The position is fixed-term, expected to last approximately 9 months. Key Responsibilities:
Process customer orders, price validations, and updates
Coordinate with logistics and sales for inventory management
Execute billing activities and maintain account data
Manage collections follow-up and cash applications
Assist with customer inquiries and claims support Requirements:
1 year of experience in relevant fields
Familiarity with ERP systems and Sales/Distribution Module
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Robust verbal and written communication skills
