Working under the SVP of Corporate Development & Strategy, you'll support investment memos, build financial models, and conduct market research, providing insight into the evolving healthcare technology sector. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a structured pipeline of acquisition targets
Conduct research and competitive landscape analysis
Build financial models for deal evaluations
Assist in drafting LOIs, NDAs, and investment materials
Support post-close integration and performance reporting Requirements:
1–3 years in investment banking or corporate development
Proficient in financial modeling and valuation
Passion for healthcare technology insights
Solid written and verbal communication skills
