This role requires deep experience in complex design systems and a knack for mentoring designers. You’ll connect experiences across our platform and drive sophisticated campaign workflows to enhance user journeys and optimize marketing outcomes. Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end design of DSP experiences
Translate complex business requirements into user-centered solutions
Mentor and elevate design practices among team members
Own and evolve design systems for consistency
Facilitate design discussions and critique sessions Requirements:
Experience leading Product Designers in a product-led environment
Proficient in Figma and design systems development
Solid background in B2B SaaS and workflow-heavy design
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
