Administer comprehensive care for patients in hemodialysis
Educate patients regarding their treatment and self-management
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop care plans
Update patient care plans in a timely manner
Respond effectively in emergency clinical situations Requirements:
Current RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Minimum of two years acute Medical/Surgical experience
At least two years of recent Hemodialysis experience
BScN preferred and commitment to nephrology certification
