This role requires interaction and assistance with activities of daily living while ensuring effective communication with patients and their families. Ideal candidates will embody empathy and professionalism in a energetic healthcare workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal hygiene and daily living activities
Engage positively with patients using a compassionate approach
Document patient status and report changes to staff
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
Follow SJHH policies and respond to patient needs Requirements:
Completed Grade 12 and PSW diploma
Current certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
Previous experience in customer service or as a PSW
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Maintains a consistent attendance record Enhance patient wellness and support recovery as part of SJHH’s dedicated team.
