Join our mission to improve resident care quality as the Informatics Manager. This role combines technology and compliance to enrich the lives of those we serve. Reporting to the Director of Care, the Informatics Manager is tasked with oversight of resident care data processes, including RAI-MDS compliance and education.

You will mentor a team dedicated to implementing quality improvement initiatives while fostering solid, meaningful connections in our nursing environment. Your leadership will ensure that staff are equipped to uphold our care standards. Key Responsibilities:
Lead education on RAI-MDS 2.0 for nursing staff
Monitor MDS coding accuracy and timeliness
Assist in performance reviews for nursing staff
Coordinate data submission to CIHI
Support quality initiatives development Requirements:
Licensed health qualified in Canada
Minimum two years supervisory experience
Robust background in adult education strategies
Skills in analyzing and trending data
Provide proof of TB testing or chest X-ray Emphasize your leadership abilities and commitment to quality as you support nursing staff in delivering exceptional care.
