With over eight years of industrial experience, you'll support troubleshooting, process improvement initiatives, and capital project execution to boost safety, reliability, and production targets. Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of process engineers
Support troubleshooting and day-to-day engineering for milling
Oversee process improvement initiatives for capacity and quality
Manage capital project scoping, design, and optimization
Monitor performance through KPI analysis and improvement practices Requirements:
B.Sc./B.Eng. or M.Sc./M.Eng. in relevant engineering fields
8+ years of process engineering experience
Solid understanding of process control systems
Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems is a plus
