Firma Concrete is looking for a dedicated Concrete Superintendent to lead concrete projects across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Use your expertise in commercial and civil projects to drive safety and quality in every project you oversee. This key role requires a strong leader with a minimum of five years of concrete supervision experience.

You will manage various crews, coordinate resources, and ensure that schedules align with project timelines. The successful candidate will excel in maintaining communication with project stakeholders and adhering to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities:
Manage concrete construction projects from beginning to end
Supervise foremen, labourers, and subcontractors effectively
Ensure safety protocols are followed during construction
Maintain documentation of project specifications and drawings
Conduct regular quality inspections in office Requirements:
5+ years of experience in concrete supervision
Proficient knowledge of construction drawings
Robust planning, leadership, and organizational abilities
Comprehensive understanding of concrete practices
Valid Class 5 Driver's License Drive successful projects and build robust teams with Firma Concrete.
