As the Superintendent of Process Engineering and Process Control, you will lead a talented team, providing coaching and technical guidance. With over eight years of industrial experience, you'll support troubleshooting, process improvement initiatives, and capital project execution to boost safety, reliability, and production targets.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead and mentor a team of process engineers • Support troubleshooting and day-to-day engineering for milling • Oversee process improvement initiatives for capacity and quality • Manage capital project scoping, design, and optimization • Monitor performance through KPI analysis and improvement practices

Requirements: • B.Sc./B.Eng. or M.Sc./M.Eng. in relevant engineering fields • 8+ years of process engineering experience • Solid understanding of process control systems • Familiarity with Distributed Control Systems is a plus • Ability to present technical information clearly
