Implement evidence-based clinical care models for patient support
Participate in change management initiatives for care delivery




Mentor and train recent staff on clinical competencies
Attend and lead patient care conferences as necessary
Foster collaboration among internal and external partners Requirements:
Active RN or RPN registration in Ontario
Over 2 years' supervisory experience in healthcare settings
Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
