In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities
Greet guests with a friendly and positive attitude, making everyone feel welcomed.
Organize reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
Answer phone inquiries with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize seating flow and reduce wait times while updating guests with accurate information.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand area, patio and inside tables.
Assist with guest inquiries,
special requests, and seating preferences to enhance their experience
Support the team during busy periods by managing waitlists and communicating wait times clearly
Skills
Solid guest services skills with a genuine desire to create memorable experiences
Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
Prior experience in serving or food service environments is preferable, however, we are willing to train
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining
Exceptional customer service skills combined with positive attitude and teamwork spirit
