Responsibilities
Teach Math and/or English to students in Jk-G8 and above in small-group or one-on-one settings.
Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to students' individual learning needs and academic goals.
Help students strengthen foundational knowledge, problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and independent learning habits.
Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to parents.
Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, homework, and enrichment activities.
Foster a positive, supportive, and student-centered learning workplace.
Collaborate with the teaching team on curriculum planning and program development.
Perform other teaching-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Education or a related field.




Robust knowledge of Math and/or English.
Previous teaching or tutoring experience is required.
Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Passionate about working with children and supporting their academic growth.
Able to independently plan lessons and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.
Familiarity with the Ontario Curriculum, IB, Singapore Math, Beast Academy, AMC, or academic English writing is an asset.
OCT certification or equivalent teaching credentials are considered an asset.

Pay: $18.17-$30.00 per hour
