This position as Team Leader in Fire and Life Safety requires a skilled qualified to lead compliance, prevention, and staff training efforts.

You will support fire engineering construction, oversee system inspections, and ensure adherence to safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with stakeholders to promote safety best practices and manage department growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Lead fire prevention programs and issue Hot Work permits
Oversee fire engineering and construction compliance plans




Inspect and maintain fire suppression and detection systems
Deliver fire safety training to staff and clients
Manage human resources functions and develop team capabilities Requirements:
College diploma in fire safety or related field
Minimum five years relevant experience in fire safety
National Fire Protection Association certification preferred
Bilingual proficiency is required
Solid leadership and interpersonal skills Support and enhance fire safety standards through leading initiatives and managing a dedicated team at DCC.
