In this leadership role, you will direct both Canadian and U.S. tax functions, ensuring compliance with all tax legislation and reporting obligations.

By overseeing tax provisions and financial disclosures, you will contribute to critical corporate transactions and develop strategic tax initiatives. You will play a key role in managing transfer pricing policies and serve as the liaison for government audits and regulatory matters. Key Responsibilities:
Lead Canadian and U.S. tax compliance and reporting functions




Manage quarterly and annual income tax provisions and disclosures
Provide strategic guidance on mergers and acquisitions
Oversee cross-border tax matters and transfer pricing policies
Partner with internal teams for timely tax advice Requirements:
CPA designation required with 10+ years of tax experience
Expertise in Canadian and U.S. taxation
Solid knowledge of IFRS tax reporting
Experience with acquisitions and corporate growth
