Responsibilities
Operate loaders safely: Manoeuvre front‑end wheel loaders efficiently to transport stockpiles, aggregates, and bulk materials.
Load transport vehicles: Fill haul trucks and material hoppers to precise target weights smoothly.
Conduct daily inspections: Execute pre‑operational equipment checks on fluids, brakes, and safety systems daily.
Perform routine maintenance: Grease, refuel, clean the operator cab, and complete basic equipment servicing.
Maintain safety standards: Adhere strictly to company safety protocols and local environmental hazard regulations.

Qualifications
Demonstrated operational competency: Proven capability to safely navigate wheel loaders in active production environments.
Robust mechanical aptitude: Skill to identify equipment malfunctions and assist with preventative repairs.
Excellent spatial awareness: High proficiency in hand‑eye coordination to navigate busy worksites securely.
Transparent communication skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with ground crew using radios and signals.




Valid driver’s license: Possession of a valid driver’s license with a protected driving record.

Conditions of Employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination and background check.

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
