Lead and supervise millwright crews for optimal performance
Oversee epoxy grouting operations, including mixing and documentation
Ensure precision laser shaft alignment of rotating equipment




Direct equipment installations and maintenance activities
Enforce safety protocols and lead daily safety meetings Requirements:
Interprovincial Red Seal Industrial Mechanic certification required
Proven supervisory experience in industrial settings
Hands-on epoxy grout experience necessary
Proficient in precision laser alignment techniques
