Archaic Masonry Inc. is looking for a reliable, hard-working labourer to join our team.

This is a full time seasonal position with the opportunity to learn a skilled trade from experienced masons. If you’re willing to work hard, show up every day, and want to build a career, we’ll teach you the rest.

Masonry is a trade that’s always in demand, and experienced masons can earn an excellent living. If you’re looking for more than “just another labour job,” this could be the start of a long-term career.

What you’ll do
Lift and carry materials weighing 50+ lbs overhead and throughout the day
Mix mortar and prepare materials
Load and unload tools and equipment
Set up and clean job sites
Assist with brick, block, and stone projects
Work outdoors in all weather conditions
Learn the masonry trade alongside experienced professionals

What we’re looking for:




Reliable with a strong work ethic
Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour
Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs overhead repeatedly
Willing to work at heights and on scaffolding
Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation is considered an asset
Construction experience is an asset, but not required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
