Responsibilities
Provide skilled nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail
Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health regulations
Engage with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell retail products to enhance their experience
Educate clients on nail health, proper maintenance, and aftercare tips to ensure long-lasting results
Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products and accessories that meet client needs
Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by delivering friendly,



attentive customer service throughout each appointment
Stay current with industry trends and techniques through ongoing training and professional development

Experience
Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation practices, and safety protocols
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and understand their preferences
Demonstrated ability to upsell retail products effectively while maintaining a customer-first approach
Experience performing body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn preferred
Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as needed
Passion for beauty trends, creativity in nail design, and dedication to providing outstanding customer service
